Ultrasound fundamentals
Probe handling, image optimization, and recognition of nerves, vessels, muscles, and fascial planes.
Regional sonoanatomy
Anatomical landmarks relevant to upper limb, lower limb, and truncal approaches.
Needle visualization
In-plane and out-of-plane needle skills, practiced on simulation phantoms.
Vascular access
Ultrasound identification of vascular anatomy and access skills practiced in simulation.
